Import Taxes & Customs Fees

As we are shipping worldwide from our warehouses in Asia, your order may be subject to import taxes/customs fees/handling fees.

Figure GK is not responsible for any customs fees that you may be charged for importing goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these fees and pick up packages held by a customs office. However, as good will during this pandemic we are happy to covering 50% of the fee by refunding you the amount.
